The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to swapex.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to swapex, accessible from https://swapex.in/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
At Swapex, we strive to maintain complete transparency and ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our operations and product handling, certain conditions apply to order cancellations.
You may request to cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This is because every product goes through individual testing, quality verification, and secure packaging before shipment, after which logistics and tracking processes are automatically initiated.
To request a cancellation before shipping, please contact our support team through the official channels (WhatsApp, email, or live chat) along with your order number. Our team will verify the order status and confirm if it is still eligible for cancellation. Refunds for approved cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If payment has been made and the order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no advance payment is collected, so cancellation before shipment will simply void the order without any refund process.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be withdrawn, cancelled, or refunded. However, customers may still be eligible for return or replacement in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy, if applicable to their purchase category.

Conditions for Returns
At Swapex, we aim to ensure every customer receives the right product in the promised condition. To maintain transparency and fairness, please review the following conditions that apply to returns and exchanges:
1. Eligibility for Return:
Only products falling under the Brand-New category are eligible for return. Customers may request a return within 3 working days from the date of delivery if the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
2. Eligibility for Exchange:
Products listed under the Pre-Owned category are not eligible for return, but they can be exchanged in case of a functional issue or mismatch, provided they fall within the applicable warranty period.
Both Brand-New and Pre-Owned products are eligible for exchange if a genuine issue arises within the respective warranty period (90 days for Brand-New and 15 days for Pre-Owned).
3. Incorrect Product Ordered (Wrong Generation):
If a customer accidentally orders the wrong AirPods generation or an incompatible model, the product must first be sent back to our warehouse for verification. Once verified to be in the same condition as delivered, the correct product will be shipped. In such cases, both-way shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Condition for Return or Exchange Approval:
All items returned or exchanged undergo a strict inspection process. Any signs of physical damage, missing parts, or tampering may lead to rejection of the return/exchange request.
By placing an order with Swapex, you acknowledge and agree to these return and exchange conditions. Our goal is to maintain a smooth and transparent process while ensuring that all customers receive genuine, high-quality Apple replacement parts and accessories.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
