Both are genuine Apple parts. Brand New is unused. Preowned parts are cleaned, sanitised and tested for battery, sound and pairing, and may show light cosmetic marks.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours with free shipping across India. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days in major cities and 3–5 in other towns. Cash on Delivery is available.

We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty parts are exchanged within the warranty period (90 days brand new, 15 days pre-owned). Brand-new items that arrive damaged in transit must be reported within 3 working days with an unboxing video. Pairing can take up to 24 hours, so message us and we'll guide you.
