STEP 1
Put both AirPods in the charging case and connect the case to a power source. Close the lid and wait for 20 minutes.
STEP 2
Open the lid. When the status light flashes white, close the lid again and continue to Step 4. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.
STEP 3
Leave the lid open and hold down the setup button on the back for 15 seconds, until the status light first flashes amber and then white.
STEP 4
Before tapping the pairing animation, go to Settings > Bluetooth > ⓘ (your AirPods) > Ignore Device, and confirm. If the AirPods are not visible there, proceed to the next step.
STEP 5
Tap “Connect” when the animation appears. Your AirPods are now ready to use.
